Developed and produced mobile standard of voltage scale transformation coefficient (VSTC) is described below. Mobile standard is intended for transfer of VSTC unit to voltage transformers working standards and precision working voltage transformers on the places of their installation at the frequency 50 Hz for voltage classes 110, 150, 220 and 330 kV
