  • Abstract
    The frequency stability of QCM is one of the important parameters for realizing a high sensitivity biosensor for dioxin, PCB and marker protein. However, in the research of QCM, the frequency measuring method focused on quartz crystal sensors has not been fully examined yet. In this paper, an experiment system for such method is proposed.
