The Supply Chain Performance Evaluations Indicator System Based on Benchmark Balanced Scorecard

This paper first talks the characteristics of supply chain performance evaluation and the two concepts of benchmark management and balanced scorecard, then, build the benchmark balanced scorecard based on the integration of two concept. Further the paper establishes supply chain performance evaluation system based on the benchmark balanced scorecard making balanced scorecard as a framework and the benchmark enterprise as a reference. And the system is classified to five areas according to the Balanced Scorecard´s four angles, adding the supply chain flexibility taking into account that the supply chain flexibility is exceptionally important in the current changing market. This will make the index system far reflect the ability conditions of supply chain adapting to market in the current and future.
