This research examined the possible relationship between Length of Employment (LE) and Length of Leadership (LL) in the current companies by Taiwanese expatriates in China. Moreover, validity of the process that knowledge management (KM) can mediate LE and LL were also investigated in this research. Data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as Cronbach alpha, hierarchical multiple regression and interaction effect graph were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that there were significant positive correlations between expatriates´ LE and LL. Moreover, there is only combination KM could mediate LE and the LL in the companies studied.
