Abstract :
Based on the theory of structure entropy, an analysis model was put forward from two aspects of time-effect and quality of information flow to evaluate the order degree of the supply chain structure. In the comparative research, this paper took a large-scale coal enterprise for example, and applied the model to evaluate the order degree of the supply chain structure between the single central coal preparation plant and the multiple coal preparation plants. The results illustrates that the time-effect and quality entropy of the supply chain structure in the single central coal preparation plant is lower than that in the multiple coal preparation plants. From the view of information, the supply chain structure of the single central coal preparation plant is better than that of the multiple coal preparation plants. This study offers qualitative and analytical methods of supply chain structure optimization for large-scale coal enterprise.
