  • Abstract
In 1922, Eagle-Picher initiated research into storage battery technology and set-up its first battery test facility-one of the first in the United States. Since that early beginning Eagle-Picher technologies has continued to introduce innovative technologies for battery testing. This covers new architectures that Eagle-Picher Technologies (EPT) is using and developing. The focus of this paper is three architectures: the BETA series, iBETA series and the smart test channel. The goal of these product series is to create standard building blocks that can be configured and scaled to meet a wide range of battery testing needs
