Abstract :
The model of the electrodynamic system based on the dominating Wood´s anomalies was analysed. The analytical method for description of Wood´s anomalies for diffractional electronics was developed, taking into consideration the finite complex conductivity of diffracted structure, electrodynamic system spatial anisotropy, surface electromagnetic waves secondary rescattering, including resonant processes in the Wood´s anomalies areas.
