Abstract :
In forensic science, it is important and difficult task to extract the valuable information from blurring low resolution videos. Regarding this issue, a video stabilization and enhancement method is proposed in this paper, which include low-resolution continuous surveillance video analysis, construction of the motion model of target area, integration of available information from each frame. By means of this method, the valuable information can be extracted from a set of low resolution frames of videos, and a high quality image can be constructed, therefore, valid evidence can be achieved.
