Abstract
To cope with the challenges of quality management system applied in the production mode of networked manufacturing enterprises, a product lifecycle oriented quality Management mode under networked manufacturing, and corresponding functional modules and framework were all put forward. This mode dealt mainly with constructing and running product lifecycle oriented quality Management system under networked manufacturing, integrated several enabling technologies such as collaborative-supported-computer-work (CSCW), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and comprehensive evaluation. Furthermore, some of key enabling technologies were studied in detail, including collaborative quality design based on CSCW, dynamic process quality control, quality evaluation oriented to product lifecycle. The quality management prototype system of product lifecycle oriented quality Management mode under Networked Manufacturing is developed, which was introduced to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method as an example of some Heavy Machinery Ltd.
