Abstract :
With the development of cloud technologies and increasing of cloud services, service-based applications are playing an important role in the cloud. Service-based application providers can rent services from service providers to construct applications for consumers. However, for a same service-based application, different consumers usually have different demands, some of which may also be indeterminate. In view of this challenge, a method named QCM is proposed in this paper, taking different consumer demands into consideration, to select services for an application. Specifically, consumer demands are modelled as three factors: quality constraints, preference weights and determinate degrees. Then, based on the model, QCM is performed through selecting top-k composite services for each pair of subtasks in an iteration. The optimal solution in the last iteration is returned for a consumer. At last, experiments were conducted to verify the proposed method.
