Abstract :
In this paper, characters of producer service outsourcing is analyzed, and QFD based management model of producer service outsourcing is proposed in order to have win-win results that applies QFD to deploy customer needs and decision-making factors from different levels to make tactics and to implement services according to the four elements, and finally establishes process controlling criterions to make sure outsourcing suppliers provide effective and efficient services.
