Abstract :
Ultra wideband reconfigurable beam forming, and in particular aspects of using frequency dependent aperture area, are discussed. A schematic beam former is proposed, and two key MMIC components, a reconfigurable power splitter/combiner and a 9-bits time delay, are presented.
