Abstract :
BPR has been a popular topic among enterprises in recent years. As a new philosophy of quality control, 6Sigma\´s continuously improving idea provides new train of thought for BPR. This article uses process priority square formation method, ASME process analysis method, five-element analysis method, IT etc. to reengineer and appraise a certain large-sized hospital\´s outpatient hospitalizing process, it is based on DMAIC model which solves management problems through 6Sigma and "theory of labor combination" and "customer -oriented principle" of BPR, aiming at providing references to improve service quality for our country\´s service enterprises.
