Abstract :
A method of speckle displacement measurement has been proposed by the Fourier transform and phase shifting technique. The method based on mainly the point by point analysis of digital phase-shifting technique. There is no additional phase shift device needed and only the mathematic operation ability of the computer is utilized. The simulate and experiments examples has verified the feasibility of this digital speckle image. The displacement measurement comes available by digit speckle image frequency method as the introduced digit phase shift operation, and the test system is simple, too.
