Abstract :
In this paper, we first give the representation for traffic network, and introduce the relationship between the volume delay functions and the traffic flow parameters of the existing network. After analyze and discuss the traffic network flow parameters, and present an optimal interpretation for traffic network and the flow parameters are simulated. The simulation results fit with the network parameter and the observation and choose the satisfied scenario.
