Abstract
Nowadays, performance improvement in order to reach the economic, technical and social objectives has become essential for all enterprises whose want to stay competitive. For this reason, enterprises should set up a decision support system which will give them their performancepsilas level at every moment through different performance indicators. More often, the setting up of such a system is long and difficult and many projects are relinquished before the end. A part of those failures are due to a bad data recovery. This it is the first process of the decisional chain: the most important. Indeed, the whole system is incremented by this process, which will permit the aggregation of the different performance indicators. This article aims to propose models that facilitate the data recovery process improvement during the system conception phase through the results of a performance indicators system definition.
