Abstract
This paper present a model to describe the competitive dynamics of web sites with consumers divided into users and ordinary visitors on the WWW market and analysis the stability of the model. The analysis result shows that, besides growth rate and competition intensity, the user transforming rate is also as an important factor affecting the result of the competition. Different from the past, strong competition and higher consumer share may not leads to winning in the competition without higher user market share. By matlab numerical simulation, we verified the results of stability analysis.
