Abstract :
For a long time, the necessary funds of agricultural enterprises is fully funded by the government or mandatory financial loans due to the monopoly and the government acts, and which results in the research on the agricultural enterprise credit financing capacity (CFC) evaluation is lacking. The financing capacity is influenced by many factors, including the qualitative indicators and quantitative indices. To evaluate the CFC scientifically, this paper overcomes the shortcoming of tradition linear evaluation methods of financing credit capacity, proposes a novel particle swarm (PS) optimization algorithm which uses the randomness, the rapidity and the global characteristics of PS algorithm to obtain the pheromone distribution, and has the faster velocity of convergence. The CFC evaluation of 12 agricultural enterprises shows that the results given by this model are reliable, and this method to evaluate the financing credit capacity is feasible.
