Abstract
Recently developed electrode arrays have advantages for multi-site recordings used in endocardiac mapping. The number of electrodes is limited by a difficult to handle technology causing the price per array to increase. Recent progress in computing methods allow us to simplify the electrode manufacturing process, making available 1024 electrodes or more in one device. In this paper we propose a new kind of electrode based on ultrathin elastic wires, having a platinum (or PtIr) end, isolated from each other and assembled in a bunch
