Abstract :
On the basis of the enactment data and information in workout plan, there are some traditional time-cost tradeoff methods, which optimize time-cost in the practice projects. It is difficult for these methods to achieve anticipate purpose as a result of the changes of construction conditions. Aiming to the above shortage, on the basis of discussion relative between time and cost, some problems of relative between time and cost in hydropower project construction schedule are analyzed. The paper presents a fuzzy optimizing time-cost tradeoffs method to realize dynamic management by fuzzy cut set, which is a standard for the degree of risk.
