Abstract
This paper relates to socio-cultural determinants of the acceptance and use of information and communication technologies in a process of cooperative decision-making support with big companies adopting workflow as information system. We are looking to identify and to present the main determinants of the acceptance and efficient use of workflow information systems. It will permit to understand the phenomenon of technological innovation adoption in Tunisian industrial big companies using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology UTAUT.
