Abstract

With the development of information system, there is an urgent need for enterprises to change from information management to knowledge management. In the network-computing environment, enterprises need to apply the complex, dynamic and integrated, object-oriented knowledge management system. First, this paper analyzed the essence of knowledge and knowledge management, discussed the concept and characteristics of enterprise knowledge portal. On this basis, the article proposed a management object oriented solution of knowledge management system, focusing on the framework of the system, mode of operation and the value of application with a case study. Such a solution can help enterprises to establish open, dynamic and integrated information and knowledge management systems.
