Abstract :
This paper presented a set of macromodels in terms of HSPICE-acceptable elements and introduced an approach how to perform time domain simulations of switched-capacitor sigma-delta modulators with these macromodels. The proposed simulation method is validated by comparing the simulation result with the corresponding matlab behavioral simulation result.
