Abstract :
In order to effectively analyze and evaluate the performance of control and scheduling strategies for solar cells manufacturing system, this paper presents a top-down hierarchical modeling approach based on Petri nets. Solar cells manufacturing system is divided into system layer, cell layer and machine layer with the hierarchy so as to reduce the complexity of model. Petri nets based on hierarchical model is set up and transformed into simulation model so as to improve the reuse of the model. A simulation platform is constructed to implement analysis and evaluation of the performance of scheduling and control.
