Abstract :
The knowledge-sharing in university research and innovation teams is a systematic process. Under particular environment, the process between the input of original knowledge and the output of new knowledge is an organic system in which individual explicit knowledge, individual tacit knowledge, team explicit knowledge and team tacit knowledge intersect and exchange with each other.
