Abstract :
This paper presents a statistical methodology of performance space exploration of analog integrated circuits. It consists of three phases: rough exploration, statistical modelling and estimation, and fine exploration. Accurate and achievable performance space and global optimum could be obtained with low computation effort. Experimental results of a two-stage amplifier are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and efficiency of this methodology
