Abstract
The general scheme of monitoring point placement for health monitoring of dredger is presented based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in this paper, according to highly complexity and relevancy of power machinery of dredger. First, hierarchical structure model is established according to AHP. Secondly, evaluation factors based on failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) are analyzed and quantified, which give a comprehensive consideration of monitoring technology about performance parameters, lubricant oil, vibration and instantaneous speed. Finally, the importance degree and priority order of monitoring points are obtained by computing. The general scheme is proposed through considering the relative importance degree. The decision method is simple and effective to be used on the (300 m3/h and 8000 m3/h) dredgers.
