Abstract :
We proposed a high performance BICMOS current sensing circuit for current-mode control boost dc-dc converter implemented in UMC 0.6mum BICMOS process. Simulation results show it offers significant performance improvement compared with existing circuits while comprising no op amplifier, thus fewer transistors are needed and lower power consumption is achieved
