Abstract

Consumer networks face the problem of lacking quality awareness. The quality of network connections is a problem, as well as consumers are overstained finding quality content of interest. The system proposed in this paper assures the quality of both aspects. We introduce a novel self-organised QoS system and integrate a hybrid personalised recommendation system, managed by a novel Internet router. We show that these features are the key issues to increase the quality of experience in consumer networks dramatically.
