  • Abstract
    Exactly evaluating equipment´s condition is an important premise in making scientific maintenance decisions in power plant. Based on the basic grey theory, a new concept of grey space relational grade is advanced and its mathematics model is defined in this paper. Grey space relational grade is a fixed quantity index to evaluate the approximation degree of two sequences by comparing them both in distance and shape. A grey model of condition evaluation for equipment in power plant based on grey space relational grade is constructed in this paper. By calculating the grey space relational grade between condition parameter sequence and shutdown threshold sequence of evaluated equipment, the fixed quantity evaluation of equipment is realized in this model. Finally, condition evaluation of feed water pump is realized and good result is acquired, especially, the evaluation result is correct when some parameters deteriorate badly.
