Abstract :
This paper describes a high-resolution and high-precision autotransformer ratio capacitance bridge that has been built and tested at PTB for dielectric-constant gas thermometry (DCGT). Its main component is a home-made high-precision 1:1 inductive voltage divider (IVD) used in a autotransformer configuration. Special emphasis is given to the estimation of the uncertainty of the determination of small capacitance changes considering correlations.
