Abstract :
The application of stand-alone photovoltaic to the high-frequency inverter of fluorescent lamp is analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of series-parallel resonant switching inverter, the freewheeling current during the dead-time of two switching devices is analyzed. The excessive freewheeling current will lead to the damage of photovoltaic cells and have influence on the output current of photovoltaic cell. In this paper, an effective method of decreasing freewheeling current by using high-order inductive harmonic current to compensate the fundamental capacitive harmonic current is proposed, which can reduce the higher-order harmonic effectively and supply loads with maximum output power of photovoltaic cell. The simulation and experiment results further verify the analysis results.
