Abstract :
Usually discussions of corporate culture revolve around the nonmaterial aspects of culture. This paper addresses the issue of corporate culture in the context of the anthropological conception of culture as “that complex whole” which entails both the material as well as the nonmaterial. As with culture writ large, for the overall of the economy, the dynamics of corporate culture relate to the control and innovation of useful knowledge and technology
