  • Abstract
    Recently light emitting diodes (LEDs) are considered as strong candidate to perform the illumination and data transmission simultaneously. One application of LED is LED-ID (LED-identification) and many use cases are proposed. In this paper, we propose the novel use case of LED-ID and analyze the active coverage for LED-ID communication via simulation. Analysis result is helpful to decide the position of LED-ID reader and further more investigation is required to get precise position of reader.
