Abstract :
The scheme that the sharp pulse disturbance filter consists of the magnetic core inductor and feed-through capacitor is proposed. The filter is a sort of LC filter where L represents the inductor with a high magnetic permeability core and little distributive capacitance and C represents a feed-through capacitor with little parasitic inductance. Moreover, the method for designing the filter is given. To account for the method, the smoothing principle of the magnetic core inductor is given, and then the configuration and principle of the filter are given, and then the methods for choosing the magnetic material and the magnetic core structure are given, and then the circuit on the filter is analyzed, and then the methods for estimating the inductive coil turns and magnetic core sectional area are given, and then an example of design of the filter is given. In the end, a simulation experiment on the filter is introduced. In the experiment, the amplitude of the triangle-wave signal with 10μs wide at bottom is reduced from 100V to 1.4V. The simulation experimental results show that the proposed scheme is applicable to suppressing sharp pulse disturbance.
