Abstract
In this paper, the macro nonlinear IMP distortion is analyzed in terms of the power spectrum (by this we mean here the envelopes of the power spectral densities) of the IMP order and the nonlinearity-independent IMP distribution density functions (DDF) of IMP composition types. This analysis of the ´micro´ contributors to the overall IMP distortion highlights which composition types dominate the distortion and the DDFs.
