Abstract :
On the level with well-known merits Russian ";Russia UES"; Incorporated restructuring and the creation of electric power market cause the problems connected with the effective usage increase of existed system interconnections and their static and dynamic stability guarantee. One of the solution ways of these problems is the controlled or flexible system interconnections (FSI) use. In this paper one can find the results of flexible system interconnections alternative variant on the basis of the magnetic bias controlled reactors (CR TS) studies, specially on the development of CR TS device mathematical model and the development of the principles of CR TS controlled system. The system of equations for instantaneous values, written according to KirkhgofI\´s laws for electric and magnetic circuits of CR TS device, is used for the mathematical model creation. The model allows getting a full number of static angular and adjusting characteristics of the object, which are necessary for acceptance and of scheme and constructive solutions on CR TS device designing on an industrial scale. The CR TS device bias current adjusting system was developed on the basis of the mathematical model created. This is a non-linear proportional adjuster with bias time ";constant"; neutralizing on the whole working range of current change.
