This paper discussed on the correlation effects between the big five personality traits and employee´s job satisfaction among support staff in PMCare Sdn. Bhd. Selangor. The sample was drawn from 90 employees from 7 departments in PMCare Sdn. Bhd. The results generated from this paper showed that there was a small, positive and significant relationship between the big five personality traits as a whole on employee´s job satisfaction in PMCare Sdn.
