Abstract :
This paper discusses the problems of synchronization and pinning control for a kind of general time-delay complex dynamical networks. We obtain less conservative criterions for this kind of complex dynamical networks with time-delay. Pinning control strategies are respectively designed to make these complex dynamical networks synchronized. Furthermore, the problems of designing controllers are converted into solving optimal problems of a series of linear matrix inequalities, which reduces the computation complexity. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of our method.
