Abstract
In this paper, we describe a frequency doubler at 185GHz, which is driven by phased-locked Gunn oscillators. The measured results show that the 185GHz signal is obtained successfully with a minimum loss of 16.8dB. This paper will be useful for the development of multiplier in sub-millimeter wave band.
