  • Abstract
    We have investigated human kansei (emotional) reactions to differences in the visual image granularity of still images based on electroencephalographic alpha activity (alpha-EEG). The results suggest that (1) finer visual images decrease the brain´s load, and (2) humans may be sensitive to visual image granularity beyond their visual acuity
