Abstract :
The standards of energetical efficiency have the role to ensure the reduction of the energetically costs and the environmental pollution by ousting from the market the inadequate devices. Optimum design requires a process of selection of machines to suit particular criteria, or more criteria. The present paper proposed an algorithm that produces an optimal design program, presenting examples in which shows operating characteristics required and less energy consumption during operation. The ability to predict the behavior of a machine using the computing power, forecasting that can permit the achievement of a rational balance safety-risk, constitute the core of the design activity.
