Abstract
The influence of temperature and composition of BaO CaO SrO connection-oriented oxide-cathodes and BaO CaO Al2O3 connection-oriented aluminate cathodes on barium activity at free vacuum evaporation of oxides is examined. The increase of concentration of more stable oxides in comparison with baryta (CaO, SrO)) decreases the activity of oxygen and increase of barium activity. On the contrary, the additions of less stable oxides (2O3) increase oxygen activity and reduce barium activity. For receiving of the equal emission of various oxides the barium activity in them should be identical (about 10-12). The increased barium activity in triple oxide is the evidence of the tendency to education of nucleus pure barium
