Abstract
The paper has studied the impact of interference traffic on transmission performance in IEEE 802.16 Mesh network. A new routing algorithm based on minimum interference traffic is proposed. Based on the routing tree a corresponding collision-free scheduling procedure is discussed. Because the impact of interference traffic can be controlled effectively, the system throughput has improved greatly. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
