Abstract
A low-voltage linear operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) with rail-to-rail differential mode input signal capability is designed and fabricated by 0.8 μm CMOS technology. The circuit is capable of operating at supply voltage larger than two times the MOS transistor threshold voltage VT. When the supply voltage is ±1 V, the total harmonic distortion (THD) is less than 1.8% for 2 V peak-to-peak (Vpp) input
