Abstract
We derive limits to the maximum dynamic range of integrated continuous-time integrators, as functions of component non-idealities. We prove that, in most cases, the highest dynamic range is obtained with Miller integrators and we present a practical CMOS design. Its performance was evaluated by HSPICE simulations of a 8 MHz second-order bandpass filter, the resulting dynamic range being close to the theoretical limits
