  • Abstract
    The channel assignment scheme and the variation regularity of call loss criterion are analyzed. It can be concluded from comparing the theoretical results with the simulation results that: under a certain telephone traffic level, with the restrictions of call loss probability and outage probability, the feasible channel assignment solutions aggregate can be determined by using the statistical simulation. With different cost coefficients, the optimum channel number can be determined according to the cost objective function. When the call loss probability is top-priority, the performance of the system can be optimized by using the reconnect scheme and the optimum value.
