Abstract :
The paper use DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as the center processor in the system, processing the vehicle image shot by camera. Extract the feature of individual character and put it into the GFNN (General Feed-Forward Network) which has been trained by SLAM (Sequential Learning Ahead Masking) model. Finally the author introduces the concept of character edge shape feature.
