  • Abstract
    GaAs based quantum cascade lasers have been demonstrated and show promising potential with high pulsed output power of 1 W at 77 K and maximum operating temperature up to 200 K. These results have been partly accomplished through the low waveguide losses of 21 cm-1 , in an Al free plasmon-enhanced waveguide
