Abstract :
With the development of wireless communication technology, offering wideband access for the rural and remote area has become an urgent demand of the market. IEEE 802.22 wireless regional access network is required to use the TV frequency band with no harmful interference to TV user or wireless microphone. Cognitive radio is its main technology to detect the environment and access the spectrum dynamically. Radio environment map (REM)-enabled WRAN system can better realize different functions at the same time ensure the protection of primary users so that it can offer better service to the network to support applications.
